1. Conclusion of contract
By registering for the retreat via email, you enter into a contractual relationship with the retreat organizer.
The booking confirmation creates a binding contract for participation in the healing retreat and your place for the retreat is reserved. The reservation for the retreat is only effective once you have received a corresponding confirmation by email from veranstaltungsmanagement @quell-des-lebens.eu.
2. Scope of Services
The scope of services and costs are set out in the service description of the respective offer. The scope of services on site is subject to change. They do not constitute grounds for a pro rata refund. The same applies to services that participants do not use themselves during the retreat for various reasons.
Travel is at your own expense.
3. Payment
When booking a retreat, the costs must be paid in advance by invoice. Payment must be made no later than 28 days before the start of the retreat. You will receive the exact payment deadline with the booking confirmation. The booking is only considered to be made once full payment has been received.
4. Customers' withdrawal from the retreat
Cancellation is possible at any time and must be declared by the customer by email. Cancellations made up to 60 days before the start of the retreat will incur a cancellation fee of 50%. From day 59, in the event of a no-show or cancellation of the course, the entire price is due. This must be paid by invoice no later than 28 days before the start of the retreat.
Taking out travel cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
5. Withdrawal by the organizer
Booking confirmations will only be sent if the minimum number of participants has been reached. If flights or hotel stays have already been booked before receiving the booking confirmation, the cancellation of travel costs is then the responsibility of the respective participants. The payment and cancellation conditions of the airline or hotel apply. No further claims exist.
If the event is cancelled at short notice due to a serious illness of the retreat provider, the costs for the contractually agreed services will be waived and no further claims can be made.
If participants disrupt the event and do not change their behavior despite being asked to do so, the contract will be terminated without notice and without any right to a refund. Participants must travel home at their own expense.
6. Cancellation of the trip due to force majeure
If there are difficulties in getting there - e.g. flight cancellations, strikes, etc. - the contractually agreed costs will be incurred even if the trip is not taken. Appropriate travel insurance should be taken out for these cases.
7. Disclaimer
No liability can be accepted for physical injury or damage to health. Each participant must decide for themselves whether participation in the retreat is compatible with their physical and mental condition. If necessary, this should be clarified by a doctor in advance.
By registering, participants declare that they are taking part in the events and all other activities at their own risk and that they are adequately insured. Claims for damages for material benefits against the retreat provider must be made within one month of the end of the event. Later claims are excluded. This also applies if the participants have culpably failed to report the material damage immediately on site. The retreat provider is liable for the proper provision of the contractually agreed services and only for damages that occurred during the retreat due to intent or gross negligence. The retreat provider is not liable for claims against third-party services or that arise during private activities. The liability conditions and warranty claims of the third-party service providers apply here.
9. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
